1. Eligibility & Account Creation

To open a 1qqq account you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online betting is not restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to confirm that playing is legal where you live.

Each person may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will be closed and any pending balance forfeited. 1qqq reserves the right to request identity documents at registration or at any point afterwards.

• Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must match your payment account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions is not permitted.
• Accounts opened on behalf of another person are not allowed.

2. Account Rules & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 1qqq will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, use of automated software, or multiple accounts linked to the same device or payment method.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining will be paid out after KYC verification, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 1qqq does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges. Always use the payment account registered in your own name.

4. Withdrawals & KYC

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,400. Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP tier (starting at ৳50,000 for Copper members). Withdrawal requests are processed within 32 minutes on average once your identity has been verified.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal is approved, you must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Our team reviews submitted documents within 6 hours. Withdrawals requested after verification is complete are typically paid out within 2 hours on first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals follow the standard 32-minute processing window. Any account that cannot be verified will be suspended until valid documents are provided.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1qqq offers a 190% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳19,500. All bonuses are subject to a 24× wagering requirement before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses expire after 7 days if the requirement is not met.

Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment account. Bonuses cannot be combined with other active offers unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion page. 1qqq reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games on 1qqq are provided by licensed software suppliers including PG Soft, Playtech, FA Chai, Spribe, JDB, and Sexy Gaming. Each game's published RTP figure reflects the theoretical long-term return and is not a guarantee of individual session results.

Bets placed during a verifiable technical fault (such as a disconnected live casino feed or a game crash) may be voided. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. We do not compensate for bets that were already settled before a technical issue was reported.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating more than one account to abuse bonus offers.
• Using third-party betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or calculation errors for financial gain.

If prohibited conduct is discovered after a withdrawal, 1qqq reserves the right to recover funds through available legal channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

1qqq is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We take no responsibility for the accuracy of sports data provided by third-party feeds, though we will void or re-settle affected markets if an error is confirmed.

Our total liability in any single dispute shall not exceed the value of the wager or transaction in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of 1qqq.

9. Responsible Gaming

Betting should be enjoyable, not a financial strategy. 1qqq provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools — all accessible from your account dashboard. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, use our self-exclusion feature or contact our 24/7 live chat team.
