BPL vs IPL — Which to Follow?
The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) runs in winter and features local heroes. It is familiar and easy to follow if you watch Dhaka TV. Start with Match Winner. It is the simplest market: one decision, one outcome. Add Over/Under totals once you are comfortable reading scorecards.
Reading Decimal Odds — Step by Step
1qqq displays odds in decimal format. If you have only seen fractional odds before, this takes five minutes to learn.
What the number means
A decimal odd shows your total return per ৳1 staked — including your original bet. So odds of 2.00 mean you get ৳2 back for every ৳1 placed. Profit is always odds × stake − stake.
You stake ৳500 on Bangladesh to win at odds of 1.90.
- Total return if Bangladesh wins: ৳500 × 1.90 = ৳950
- Profit: ৳950 − ৳500 = ৳450
- If Bangladesh loses, you lose your ৳500 stake.
You stake ৳200 on Top Batsman at odds of 4.50.
- Total return if correct: ৳200 × 4.50 = ৳900
- Profit: ৳900 − ৳200 = ৳700
- Higher odds = lower probability according to the bookmaker.

On Match Night: What to Check Before You Bet
